Green Garlic—long green stems and tiny cloves—naturally grown chemical and spray free, handpicked early for maximum piquancy, then dried and flaked
Lemon Myrtle—leaves from one of Australia’s best-known bush foods—dried and crushed to release its tart citrus-lemon-lime overtones.
Tasman Sea Salt—bright white sea salt flakes with an abundance of naturally occurring trace minerals and lower levels of sodium than many other salts—derived by its founders from the pristine nutrient rich waters of the east coast of Tasmania. Artisan blended at our farm on the Tasman Peninsula, Green Garlic & Lemon Myrtle Salt is especially tasty with seafood, chicken, and salads.
