apple + riesling
This limited release methode traditionelle is crafted from Derwent Valley apples and Riesling, using old world technique true to tradition. Aged on lees and matured in oak, the palate is complex and textural, reflecting true varietal characteristics.
apple + blueberry
With aromas of apple skin & berries and bright magenta in colour – this limited release sparkling is naturally attractive. Partially fermented blueberry juice is blended with apple cider, striking a sensational balance between tannin, acidity and fruit intensity.
