As part of our philosophy of quality, our products have to begin with the absolute best of ingredients, our milk. Our lovely cows graze with their calves by their sides on meadows filled with a rich and varied mix of grasses, legumes and herbs.
Using the delicious milk from our cows, we hand craft our award-winning products in our traditional European-style cheesery located here on the farm.
We create a range of cheeses including real cave-matured cheddars, halloumi, havarti, feta, mozzarella, scamorza, Bavarian style farmer’s cheeses, cottage cheese, real quark cheese, blue stilton styles and hard Swiss and grana/Italian styles.
*Please note: weights of each cheese is determined by value i.e. cheeses of higher value/stronger flavour (e.g. aged cheddar, bavarian beer cheese) will be less than if they’re milder/younger cheeses such as feta and haloumi or tilsit.
